Google Adwords is brilliant for advertising your service to a local patients exactly when they are searching for dental implants.

However if you have ever tried to do this and then taken a look at what search terms your Google ad has actually appeared for you will quickly become disheartened to find many of the searches are useless and wasting your money.

For example your ads may be appearing for many different types of implants, ranging from hair to buttocks!

The way you overcome this wastage is by adding negative keywords to your Google Adwords campaign. So that if anyone searches for hair implants your ad will not be shown. Thereby conserving your budget for the patients clicks that you actually want to pay for.

I'd like to save you time and give you our own negative keyword list to use with a dental implants campaign in Google Adwords.

We have managed well over 1 million dental treatment ad clicks so have been able to mine a lot of data to produce this list.

Click here to access the Google Drive folder that contains the Excel sheet with all the negative keywords for a dental implants campaign.

There are a lot of other settings in Adwords that need to be taken care of to have a  highly optimised campaign. Adwords is incredibly powerful if you know how to use it.
